The proposal in this project is the continuation of this constructive work and development and raising the efficiency of the goals outlined as follows:
1 - continue to make all necessary remedial maintenance of scientific instruments, starting the stalled University Oatalha diagnosis and determine the causes and the completion of the reform process and return to its original condition and Kmfatha operational discipline in terms of accuracy and performance, after calibration.
