Television commercials are one of the most popular advertising tools used by the media on a daily basis. As it has an upper hand effect on the other advertising tools, since it utilizes the advertised ideas using sound, pictures and motions which deals a direct effect on the consumer using his senses that leads to increase the interest to obtain the advertised object. And the Animation as a tool in the commercial making has took a major step in the latest years due to the high graphic programs and artist which has led to visualizing a virtual reality that interact directly with the consumer. Therefore, in this research the researcher aims to use the animation art as a tool to design an advertising commercial in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
As for the theoretical part of the research the researcher stated in the chapter two a background about the Animation art, definition, types, importance and the used programs to make it. And on the chapter three the researcher discussed the elements of the Animation as in the main character, the background, the sounds, the theme, and the communicational tools and the tactics of making the animation. And the fourth chapter of the thesis the researcher discussed steps of making the animation and producing it into a commercial.
As for the analysis part of the research the researcher selected some of the worldwide-animated commercials and described, them based on the use of the characters, the theme, the sound, and the written content. And designed and produced a commercial for a specific product using the animation as a main tool in the design.
Finally based researched studies the researcher came to the following results, that the use of the Animation art in designing the television commercials allows the use of high level of creativity and that the Animated commercials displays the product in a new aspect. And based on these conclusions the researcher recommends the use of the Animation art as a tool in the commercial design as it leads to inspire the artists and enriches the values of creativity in the Television commercials to help keep up with the technological improvement that is shown in the Television production in the modern age. |
