The Hanafi School of jurisprudence is the oldest and most widespread school of jurisprudence. Imam Alramli, who died in the year 1081 Hijri, was one of the late jurists who had an elite position in the jurisprudence. This research was concerned with the investigation of his side notes (Laweyh Alanwar On Menah Algaffar explanation of Tanweer Alabsar ALABSAR ) by Altomortashi, who died in the year 1004 Hijri
This research is organized into two sections: where the chapter part of the section is introducing the two authors put forth in two researches: the first introducing (Altomortashi, the author of the book main text and the explanation), the second introducing (Alramly the Author of side note ), and I follow the historical method through documenting everything that pertains to the authors in terms of name, lineage, birth, scholars, students, their scientific product, date of death and the praise of scholars on them.
Then the second chapter was for the introduction of the three books, where the first topic was to define the main book’s text (Tanweer Alabsar ), then the second to define the explanation (Menah Al Gaffar) a brief definition, and then the third to define the side note (Lawaeyh Alnwar), where I followed the inductive descriptive approach by proving the correctness of the book's title and attribution to its author, and the motivation of writing the book, where I follow the approach of Imam Alramli in the investigated part with an explanation of its sources, the importance of this book, its terminology, a description of the manuscript copies, and some of its copies.
The second section, which is the investigation section, contains thirteen books, starting with the purity and ending with the endowment, in which it followed the well-known methodology of investigation, based on three copies of written manuscript.
I showed that this side note is very importance, and proved its attribution to its author, Imam Alramli. Also I showed that this imam enjoyed the personality of the world jurist scholar, which was clearly demonstrated through his unique scientific approach in his side note, in addition to his reliance on various scientific sources between jurisprudence, fundamentals, Quran interpretation and Hadith, Arabic language, and others, in addition to introducing his other books.
As the position of Imam Alramli in Hanafi jurisprudence was indicated, this research opens new horizons for researchers by investigating the books of this great scholar and bringing them to light for the benefit of students and others interested in investigating the Islamic jurisprudence heritage. |
