المستخلص : Encryption is the process of translating data into a secret code. This paper intends to introduce a new encryption system (HRO system). This system is a combination of three known algorithms: hash based encryption algorithm, RSA algorithm, and one-time pad algorithm. The purpose of HRO system is to expedite the encryption and decryption processes and to reduce the vulnerability of the system to external attacks. HRO system uses hash function and random number generator to increase security. Some conclusions that are arrived at concern the performance of the algorithm, hash function, random number generator and the time of encryption and decryption.
